DKN | JAMM is an architect practice and design studio created by Nigel Dakin + Jenn Jammaers. We specialise in bespoke, luxury new build home, extension and renovation. Based in Winchester, working in London and the South.
With extensive experience overseeing and running residential projects of all sizes, both in London and the home counties. We provide our expertise to all sides of the design and construction process guiding our clients throughout the project. Our goal is to ensure we deliver the best possible outcome, priding ourselves on client satisfaction.

Residential Architecture is our passion whether it is an intricate renovation or luxury new build home
Client satisfaction is at the forefront of our priorities. We invest time in getting to know who they are. We understand that for some, this will be their first, and only, renovation. Whilst for others, this may be one of many projects they have embarked upon.
Our home is personal to us; an expression of ourselves. We revel in the fact that no two projects are alike, tailoring our approach and philosophy to ensure our work responds to the unique needs and ideals of each individual.
We work with both the interior design and exterior architecture concurrently, with the belief that the two are symbiotically related and should resolve as one.
